The tour season runs from late April to mid-October.
What is the maximum number of people you can accommodate?
County VIP Tours can accommodate up to 12 people on a single tour in two vehicles.
What is the latest I can book a tour?
24 hours before a tour starts.
Can I book for a bachelorette party or special occasion?
We welcome bachelorette parties and look forward in celebrating the special occasion with you.
Is County VIP Tours a licensed and insured tour company?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.
What kind of vehicles do you use for your tour?
We have two vehicles, a full-sized SUV and a van.
How long has County VIP Tours been touring?
County VIP tours launched in 2023 but tour guides Sharon and Henry have been leading county wine tours together since 2017.
What are the age requirements to participate in a tour?
All tour guests must be at least 19 years of age on the date of the tour.
ABOUT MY TOURIs pick-up and drop-off included?
If you are located within the County (including Wellington, Picton, Bloomfield, and Carrying Place), we will pick you up and drop you off at no extra cost.
What time is pick-up and drop-off?
On the date of your tour, we will arrive to pick you up at 11:00am. Drop off will be at approximately 5:00pm.
How long is a full day?
Your tour day will be approximately 6 hours long.
How many wineries are included?
Four wineries are included in every tour.
Can I add additional wineries to my tour?
Absolutely, time-permitting. Any additional wine tastings would be at the cost of the tour participant.

Is there an opportunity to stop for lunch?
Yes, we allot time for lunch on every tour though it is not provided by County VIP Tours.
Does County VIP Tours provide drinks or snacks?
Yes, we provide bottled water and a small snack.
Is gratuity included in the cost of the tour?
No, gratuity is not included in the cost of the tour and is always appreciated.
What is your cancellation policy?
Tours cancelled with at least 48 hours of the start time will receive a full refund. Tours cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a $100 fee per person. To reschedule a tour, please provide at least 24 hours notice - rescheduled tours must be booked in the same tour season.
